Brittany Todd is a very talent young lady who has a lot of drive and passion. She began her culinary journey at the age of 9 when she first started cooking. She continued to grow and learn more from family. Once she graduated high school she started her professional career at the Williamsburg Lodge where she started out as a banquet cook in garde manger or panty department. After a few months of training she moved on to the hot side of the kitchen where she learned to make stocks, sauces and many other things. After working for the Williamsburg Lodge she continued her passion by enrolling in the Colonial Williamsburg Apprenticeship program. She then transferred to the Williamsburg Inn and attended J. Sargent Reynolds. After a couple moves and life changes she has come back to the one thing she has always been so very passionate about FOOD! She has an eye for precision and perfection. She is creatively taking everyday recipes and putting her own twist on them.
